DOMESTIC

Delivery NZ wide is $xx + GST per xxKG.
Deliveries will be made to a physical New Zealand address only (no PO Boxes).
All orders will be processed every Tuesday & Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Your delivery will usually arrive between 1-4 business days from the day your order is shipped. If an Order has not arrived after this time, please let us know and we will trace your parcel. Shipment of all items from this website will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant delivery company used.International orders will be processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00am - 3:30pm. Estimated delivery is 2 - 10 working days.We are not liable for any delay in delivery or other failure that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL
We are currently not offering international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your items contact Customer Services on XXXX within XX days of receiving your order and they will inform you if you may return them for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Non-consumable returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.

Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Amatil Coffee Roasters (ACR) work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP on XXX and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our returns policy for further instructions.
