Collaboration is at our heart and goes beyond our immediate team to include the wider coffee & hospitality community from whom we seek to learn and grow together. We’re grateful to all those who’ve supported us so far, and look forward to working with many others. It’s the journey we love and we pursue it with passion.

ARCHITECT

Architect is the foundation of our brand, skillfully crafted to draw out the sweetness that makes white coffee taste amazing, whilst celebrating the vibrant fruitiness of the blend when served as a black coffee. We think we have created something special for you to enjoy, however you choose to enjoy it.

PROFILE

Served White: The sweetness of the milk draws out velvety creamy notes of vanilla and 70% chocolate, to perfectly balance the beverage

Served Black: You will discover the vibrant freshness of green apple, complemented by the intense sweetness of Muscovado sugar

TILLER

Tiller is a nod to our farmers, those skilled land workers who are cultivating the soil and harnessing the best processes to create something magical. Selected from inspirational Brazilian grower Lelena, our single origin is interesting yet approachable and delicious whether you are drinking it as a black or white coffee.

PROFILE

Served Black: Toasted nutty flavours of smooth hazelnuts, combined with the silky richness of dark chocolate, work together to create the perfect beverage

Served White: Rich buttery notes fuse together with the deep sweetness of honeycomb and white chocolate, creating a truly delicious experience

We Believe

We believe that coffee should play a bigger role in differentiating your café from the rest. We believe that coffee can be as influential as seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. By focusing on blend to beverage fit and supporting kiwi’s to explore their coffee preferences, we want to help you make coffee work harder for your business.

Their Origins

Partnering with NZ Barista Champ and 3 time UK Barista Champ, John Gordon, we’ve selected 3 core beans for our launch blends.

Focused on seasonal harvests and working closely with our supplier and the farms, we’ll be reviewing our green each year to ensure the beans still deliver the flavour we set out for.
